This bastard sword was commissioned for a wedding celebration

It’s mounted with a blunt 28.25” Jody Samson-designed leaf blade by Albion Arms. They sell these blanks rough-milled, and I do the finish grinding.

The hilt furniture is steel and the grip is PETG covered in leather and bound with steel wire. The blade is etched and faux-gilded.

The scabbard is leather over a wood core.
