This pair of weapons was commissioned for a wedding celebration. The sword features a shell guard with a pierced and carved design created by the commissioner. Both weapons have green leather grips with decorative ferrules bound with brass wire. The sword has a sharp blade created from a re-ground Hanwei Practical Mortuary blade. The fuller is etched and faux gilded.
The sword scabbard is green leather with brass fittings.
