This is an old piece i’ve reground and lightened up. The hilt is cold bent from 1/8” steel and the pommel was my very first effort on a metal lathe. The grip is leather wrapped wood. Blade is 1/4” 7075-T651 Aluminum with a rounded edge for stage combat. The pommel threads onto a steel tang attachment that is pinned securely to the aluminum.
