This is inspired by William Wallace’s sword from the film Braveheart. It’s a big beast, 55” long overall, and weighing 5.3 lbs. The blade is made from 1/4” 7075-T6 Aluminum. The guard and pommel are steel, and the grip is PETG covered in leather. The pommel is threaded 3/8-16 and attaches to a threaded steel rod pinned to the aluminum tang.
