Jacob Kell Sword 2

$0.00

This sword was inspired by Jacob Kell’s sword from the film Highlander: Endgame created by Tony Swatton. The film sword is sometimes a single handed sword and sometimes a two handed sword, depending on the scene. This is sort of an in-between interpretation, with room for two hands on the grip but still easily wielded with one hand. In the movie, something indecipherable is etched on the rainguard. I’ve decided to go with “There Can Be Only One”, for obvious reasons.

The 33” long blade is made from 7075-T6 aluminum. The guard and pommel are steel, and the grip is PETG covered in black leather with twisted steel wire. Small crosses are soldered to each face of the pommel. The hilt secures via a recessed pommel nut to a threaded steel rod pinned to the aluminum tang. 42.5” long overall, the sword weighs 2.4 lbs and its POB is about +2.5” from the guard.
