This sword is built using the hilt from a Hanwei Revolutionary War Hanger and the blade from the Hanwei Practical Mortuary. With a bit of surgery and a new grip they go together to form quite a tidy spadroon. I’ve reground the blunt Mortuary blade to a sharp edge, and in doing so removed about 30 grams from the blade.
The hilt is steel. The pommel secures with a recessed hex-nut. The grip is solid PETG covered in green rayskin.
