Heavy leather rapier hanger with a two-layer cutout design.  The top layer is black and has star and arrow cutouts and edge tooling, which is attached to a lower layer dyed deep purple.  Belt is adjustable at both hips and should fit most waists.  The carrier is adjustable at both front and back straps. The belt is 1” wide, as are the carrier straps. Buckles are silver.
