Purchases may be returned within 3 days of receipt if they are unused and in the original packaging.

My product warranty extends for one year from date of purchase and covers defects in material and workmanship.  Damage caused by modification, abuse, misuse, negligence, or improper use is not covered.  I reserve the right to decide if a weapon has been improperly used,  thus voiding the warranty.

If I agree to accept the return of an item under the terms of the above agreement the following conditions will apply:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds may be subject to a 5% redemption fee.  This fee covers bank charges and other costs which are otherwise unrecoverable for me.  

No refunds will be offered on custom work as my time and expenses for this are completely unrecoverable.

All of that said, I stand by my work and if there is a problem please let me know and I will try to make it right.  I value your patronage, and I will do what I can to keep you as a happy customer.

If you intend to return something you purchased, please email me at info@jessebelsky.com to get proper return shipping information.  DO NOT simply place your item back in the mail to the address it was shipped from.

If your weapon is not under warranty but still requires maintenance or repair, please contact me for an estimate and to arrange shipping.
