This chef's knife is made entirely of 1/8” thick 6061-T6 Aluminum. The grip is ABS with steel rivets. The blade is flat, so the edge is fully 1/8" thick with a rounded profile. This is a prototype, and the rivet alignment is not perfect. It is completely functional.
