This huge sword was designed to be (relatively) lightweight and balanced for impressive spinning. It will be used in the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular at Walt Disney World in Florida where it's wielder will be summarily shot by Indy.  It's 49" long and weighs 3.85 lbs. but balances just 2.5" in front of the guard.  It's made from 3/16" 7075 Aircraft Aluminum, with blued steel hilt fittings and a deersking-covered wood grip.  The blade is mirror polished and covered in decorative etching.
