The hilt is steel with etched details. The quillion tips are 3D printed in bronze infused stainless steel. They are silver soldered onto the steel quillions. The grip is wood covered in leather. The pommel is threaded 5/16-18/
The SHARP blade is from a Cold Steel Shell Hilt rapier, and it's impressively light with deep hollow grinding and fullers. The scabbard core and fittings are from the same, although now recovered in red leather and with custom etched details added to the scabbard hardware.
