This was commissioned by a customer to match a rapier I had made previously.
The hilt is steel with etched details. The quillion tips are 3D printed in bronze infused stainless steel. They are silver soldered onto the steel quillions. The grip is solid PETG covered in leather. The pommel is threaded 6x1mm
The blade is from a Windlass sail-guard main gauche with some added filework on the ricasso. The stats are:
