This fantasy rapier has a steel guard and brass pommel mounted on an etched aluminum blade.
The 3/16” thick 7075-T6 Aluminum blade is etched with a vine motif on both side and faux gilded in gold tone. It is suitable for stage combat against other aluminum weapons.
The steel guard and pommel have a slightly antiqued finish while the blade is brightly polished.
The hilt secures with a 6mm pommel nut which connects to a pinned steel tang. The grip is leather over PETG with a spiraling riser.
The scabbard is leather over a flexible core lined in black wool with two suspension loops that can be customized to your specifications. The chape is brass.
