This pair of swords was commissioned by an engaged couple to celebrate their wedding. The rapier bears a solar theme, with a radiant sun adorning the outside of the brass plated hilt and red leather on the grip and scabbard. The sidesword has a lunar theme with a deeply etched crescent moon pommel and the moon's phases etched along the blade. The polished steel finish, blue grip and black scabbard strike a strong contrast with it's other half.
Both swords are mounted with blunt blades. The rapier has a Hanwei practical rapier blade, and the sidesword has a custom blade by Castille Armory.
