Cavalier Rapier

$0.00

This rapier hilt is based on an English sword dated to the 1620’s. The roughly drawn faces etched into the original weapon’s shell were replaced with foliage in this interpretation.

The hilt weights 1.65 lbs. without a blade, which the commissioning customer planned to add himself.

Hilt and pommel are steel with decorative etching. The grip is spiral carved polycarbonate with a silver and brass wire wrap and brass turks head knots.  The pommel is keyed to the tang, and  is meant to be hot peened in place.
