This rapier has the same pattern as my North Italian rapier, but with a much simpler outer guard and pommel. The hilt and pommel are steel blued to a dark charcoal grey/black. The grip is hardwood with a gold/black/silver wire wrap and the pommel is secured with a recessed allen nut.  

The hilt is mounted with a 36" hollow ground Hanwei Practice rapier blade  suitable for HEMA or stage combat.

The sword weighs 1.94 lbs and balances ~1" in front of the guard.
