This sword was commissioned by a gentleman for his lady as a wedding gift, and incorporates several personal elements. The fox image on the pommel is taken from one of her own illustrations, and the text on the blade is a quote from the movie where they met. A lovely gift!

It sports a sidesword blade mounted on a fully swept rapier hilt with a wheel pommel. The hilt furniture is steel with etched details picked out in gold faux-gilding. The grip is PETG wrapped in green leather. The blade is a blunt H/T bastard blade with a modified ricasso. The hilt secures with a recessed hex nut. Scabbard is green leather over a flexible core with steel fittings. The leather suspension straps rig to a belt with brass fittings.
