Spiral Hilt Rapier

$0.00

This rapier is loosely inspired by a piece in the Hermitage museum in Russia. It is currently mounted with a 43" HEMA blunt custom made by Dynamo Lugansk. It is 1" wide just above the ricasso, and 8mm thick at the thickest point (also just above the ricasso).  The edges are approximately 1.5mm thick. It flexes well, and I can flatten the tip to receive a blunt if you wish.

The grip is solid PETG wrapped in steel wire. The pommel is threaded 6x1mm.

Overall weight is 2.7 lbs, and the POB is about 5" in front of the quillions. Blade is 43" long. The sword is 49" long overall.
