This 2-ring rapier has unusually long quillions (10.5”) like some of the weapons described in Thibault’s treatise. There are two rings on the outside of the guard. The upper ring is filled with a perforated plate. The counterguard is composed of crossing swept bars. An extra bar joins the two arms of the guard at the top of the ricasso to prevent strikes to the long quillions from pulling things apart.

It’s mounted with a 45” Standard Rapier Blade (F3 Flex) from Castille Armory for HEMA.

The hilt is mild steel. The grip is solid PETG covered in brass and steel wire. Pommel is threaded 6mm.
