This singlesword has a cast brass Indian-made cutlass hilt whose blade I stole for another project. I’ve remounted it with a 35” Musketeer Epee blade, so it’s perfect for SAFD-style singlesword but a little more attractive than your standard sport fencing saber hilt.

The grip is dyed bone wrapped with wire.

The hilt secures with a 6mm pommel nut.
