This HEMA practice sword is modeled on Zorro’s sword from the film “The Mask of Zorro”. I built it for a customer who had already bought a fully detailed Zorro replica sword with a Darkwood blade, but decided it was too pretty to fence with. So this version is pared back without decorative etching. It is also made from slightly heaver stock to put up with full contact sparring.

The practice version is also mounted with a Darkwood blade, in this case their Spadroon trainer, modified to eliminate the ricasso and leave a 31” blade.

The hilt is mild steel. The shell hilt is made of a 13 ga. steel. The pommel is threaded 6mm metric. Grip is PETG covered in black leather.
