This HEMA practice sword is modeled on Zorro’s sword from the film “The Mask of Zorro” but with the detail pared back.

This is currently mounted with a 31” Hanwei practice blade (from their Practical Mortuary). It’s fairly stiff, but does have some flex.

The hilt is 1/4” mild steel. The shell hilt is made of a 13 ga. steel. The pommel is threaded 6mm metric. Grip is PETG covered in durable heath-shrunk rubber.
