This schiavona is built with a simplified Type 2B hilt for HEMA practice. It is mounted with a short feder blade by Castille Armory which closely matches the feel of a sharp blade. The grip is PETG covered in rayskin bound with brass wire.
The brass pommel secures with a 6mm pommel nut.
