This smallsword is built around a set of castings from Jacob’s Armoury (#10). It is mounted with an Indian-made reproduction blade with a triangular section. I’ve done some grinding into the hollows to remove weight, although it is still more robust than an original blade of this style. The tip is sharp, but I would not consider it to be truly “battle ready” based on the thickness of the tang and unknowns about the heat treatment.

The hilt is brass and secures with a brass pommel nut. The grip is PETG with steel, brass and copper wire.
