This Scottish Basket Hilted Broadsword has an imposing double fullered aluminum blade ground from 7075-T651 aluminum.  The guard and pommel are painted stainless steel, pulled from a Hanwei Practical Basket Hilt sword. The grip is solid PETG covered in a deep red pebbled leather. The hilt assembly is secured with a recessed nut that attaches to a steel threaded rod imbedded in the aluminum tang.  For more information on this attachment method, CLICK HERE.

The blade feels easy in the hand, thanks to the aluminum blade, which has a thick rounded edge for durability. The hilt has plenty of room for wrist movement. Stats below:
