This saber is inspired by the weapon wielded by the Horseman Caspian in Highlander: The Series (designed by F. Braun McAsh). It’s 36” long overall, with a 30” blade made from 3/16” 7075-T6 Aluminum. The guard is blued steel, and the grip is PETG covered in leather. The sword weighs 1.8 lbs and is quite nimble despite the lack of pommel. The pommel nut is threaded 5/16-18 and attaches to a threaded steel rod pinned to the aluminum tang. For more information on this attachment method, CLICK HERE.

As an aluminum sword it is not sharp, but the pointy bits a fairly pointy. If you intend to use this for stage combat let me know and I will round the points a bit more for safety.
