An aluminum bladed hanger inspired by a Vince Evans piece.

The hilt and pommel are steel and the grip is walnut.

The pommel and spacer are pinned to the wood with steel pins to keep them from rotating out of alignment. The whole thing is compression fit with a recessed hex nut. 

The blade is 7075-T651 Aluminum, with a rounded edge for stage combat. The scabbard is wood covered in leather with a steel throat.  It fits very snugly.
