This single handed sword has a 1/4" thick 7075-T6 Aluminum blade. The blade is fullered and has a full diamond grind resulting in an extremely light and fast sword that stops on a dime. The guard and pommel are steel and the grip is PETG wrapped with blue leather. The pommels secures with a recessed hex nut that screws onto a threaded steel rod that's pinned to the aluminum tang. The purchaser requested decorative etching on the blade and moonstones in the pommel so the sword could be given as a fifth wedding anniversary gift.
