This hand and a half broadsword has a polished blade made from 1/4" thick 7075-T6 Aluminum.  The blade is fullered and has a hexagonal grind. The guard and pommel are steel and the grip is hardwood wrapped with leather.  The hilt secures with a 6mm recessed allen nut which connects to a threaded steel rod inserted into the tang.  For more information on this attachment method, click here.
