This sword was inspired by the weapon Hawkeye wields as Ronin. The blade is made from 3/16” thick 7075-T6 Aluminum. The tsuba/guard section is made of painted aluminum while the grip is 3D printed in sintered nylon.
The sword secures with a 5/16-18 recessed hex nut that attaches to a threaded steel rod pinned to the aluminum tang. For more information on this attachment method, CLICK HERE.
