This sword was commissioned by a couple to commemorate their wedding day.
The hollow-ground blade is made from 1/4” 7075-T6 Aluminum, with a faux-gilded etched vine detail running up the blade.
The guard and pommel are steel, and the grip is PETG covered in green leather. The pommel is threaded 3/8-16 and attaches to a threaded steel rod pinned to the aluminum tang. For more information on this attachment method, CLICK HERE.
The scabbard is leather over a wood core with a brass chape.
